I have been passionate about the commerical real estate market for as long as I could remember so after graduating college, I become part of the commercial real estate industry starting as a research analysis moving up in varies positions learning and growing in responsiblilty along the way.
I was fortunate to expand my real estate knowledge and skills working with some of the best in the business. I was also fortunate to work on some of the largest office space transactions in the early 2000s in New Jersey for several Fortune 100 companies.
In the summer of 2005, I joined a global corporate real estate brokerage and advisory firm and made the transition into brokerage. In this role I expanded my service to include retail and industrial space users on both a local and national level. I have closed nearly 5 million square feet worth of leasing and sales transactions across 17 states. I have represented retail bank branches, food distribution companies, behavioral healthcare clinics, hospitals, professional services firms, recreation centers, and several government entities. These transactions have ranged in size from 1,500 to 500,000 square feet.
I founded Goodwin Commercial Real Estate Solutions in 2021 and continue to deploy my work ethic, knowledge and skills to both existing and new business relationships.
